AI Transformation Consultant, Google Cloud, Global Service Delivery (English, Spanish)

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will be a key partner guiding customers through the process of adopting AI to drive tangible business outcomes.

• Partner with the C-levels to identify and prioritize core business areas with the greatest potential for Google AI-driven disruption.
• Develop the roadmap and business case for transformation and quantifying the expected P&L impact through increased productivity, reduced operational cost, and enhanced security.
• Stay at the forefront of Google AI advancements to inject new possibilities into the client's transformation journey by rethinking processes from first principles and designing new, cloud-native operating models where modern workplace productivity solutions replace legacy workflows.
• Design the governance frameworks, security controls and collaboration policies required to ensure secure, compliant, and effective usage of Google AI across the enterprise.
• Define a compelling goal for the Digital Employee Experience that aligns Workspace capabilities with business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams to translate that goal into a scalable, adopted solution.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering cloud productivity suite migration or adoption programs with enterprise companies.
• Experience in project, product, or program management.
• Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, with a portion spent in a client-facing leadership capacity.
• Ability to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish due to local stakeholder contact and Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.
